Now that we’re diving deeper into cooler weather, soups are becoming my best friends. Soup is a perfect dinner for a busy mom like me because you can through the ingredients in a pot and forget about them. If you’ve got some vegetables that you need to get rid of, soup is a great option. I always keep carrots, celery, broccoli, and green onion on hand because they’re some of my favorite vegetables.
