Yes it IS your lucky day. Last month I blessed you with the ultimate lazy girl Supernatural Workout. Now I present you with the long overdue Grey’s Anatomy workout. Now, when you inevitably binge watch Grey’s Anatomy (again) rather than crying and burying your feeling in ice cream you can burn off some calories instead. Frankly, for someone who has seen Grey’s Anatomy as many times as I have, this should have been done years ago. Better late than never though, right?
I’ll be honest and say that if you’re looking for an intense workout, this is not it. However, if you’re just not feeling up to putting on clean yoga pants, but don’t want that inescapable guilty feeling you get when you skip a workout, you’re in the right place. I know that feeling all too well and I think us lazy humans of the world need to stick together. So, go ahead and turn on Netflix and if anyone asks, you’ve been working out alllll day.
Grab a mat and some water and get ready to “dance it out”!
I probably shouldn’t encourage drinking games out of what are supposed to be workouts BUT if you’d rather drink away the pain instead of work it out, I don’t judge. I’m sure Meredith Grey would approve 😉
